The clubhouse is for all residents and their guests and provides a friendly yet private atmosphere.
Need a meeting room? We have it! The meeting room is rent free to any Owner of The Lakes.
Reservations are required! You can make your reservations right from this website.
Children under 18 yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult.
We also feature a Junior Olympic size pool for the folks that just want to cool down
and relax, as well for the kids to romp and splash in! Adjacent to the pool, sit back
and soak in our hot tub! Come on down to catch some rays and have a great family
place to gather. In order to keep this a family friendly community location, alcohol is NOT
permitted and no glass containers are allowed in pool area.
Within the secure gated area there are picnic tables, gas BBQ grills, lit
tennis courts, a playground for smaller children, and a light filled basketball court.
And then to top it off, we provide a fitness center area to all residents and their guests that are
over 18 years of age. The gym has treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, and more.
The fitness center opens at 5:00 AM and closes promptly at 11:00 PM.
So come on down! Meet the neighbors! Relax and take a dip!
