The Lakes Board oversees, maintains, and administers the areas on Three Oaks at the Lakes.
These would be classified as common use amenities (see below), maintenance of amenities, landscaping, irrigation, and security of amenities.
- Club House (meeting room, bathrooms, showers, kitchen, etc.)
- Fitness Center
- Pool and Spa areas
- Tennis court
- Basketball court
- Picnic table pavilions, shelters, and BBQ's
- Children play area
The landscaping includes all community cul-de-sac’s and all common areas along Pittsburgh
The irrigation system that keeps all of the residents landscaping beautiful is also maintained by landscaping.
We encourage all residents to make use of your community owned facilities!
Please understand that pets are prohibited in the clubhouse, poolside, playground, or anywhere within the fenced area. Only licensed service animals are allowed (you must show proper identification.)
Please keep in mind these facilities are closed between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am. In addition, they are security controlled via FOB access. If you are a new resident or have lost your fob or are having an issue with your fob, please contact a member of the Lakes Board for assistance using the Contact Us tab.
